The Jamnalal Bajaj Awards honour Gandhian service, year after year. From 2022 to 2025 I designed the pieces that carry that legacy into the room — the brochures, the citations, the invitations and envelopes, the dais name plates, the social creatives, the press ads and the stage backdrops — including a ground-up redesign of the nomination brochure.
Each ceremony gets a commemorative brochure documenting its laureates. Designing it four years running let the look evolve — from the warm 2022 debut through the centenary-toned 2023, the dramatic dark 2024, and the archival-gold 2025.

The booklet that invites and guides award nominations had run for years as a plain, text-only document. I redesigned it end to end — a structured, colour-coded layout with archival imagery and a clear nomination format — worked up as two directions before the final blush edition.
Plain black-and-white interior pages — dense, unstructured and hard to scan.
The same content, redrawn — colour-coded categories, archival imagery and a clear, readable structure.
The formal citation, presented on stage to every awardee. One English citation from each year, side by side — the ornamental frame and heritage tone held steady as the ceremony evolved.

The invitation card — designed inside and out in English and Hindi — and the personalised cheque envelope handed to each laureate on stage.

The public face of the awards — full-page press advertisements in three languages, and the annual web-banner suites that announced the ceremony and every laureate online.

The largest surface of the evening. Each year I laid out the full stage set — backdrop, chief-guest panels, side panels and podium — mocked up to real stage dimensions before it went to print.

After every ceremony, the Foundation wrote back. Excerpts from the official gratitude letters and correspondence received after each of the four award functions.
