La Cupula is India's igloo-dome celebration lounge — private domes for birthdays, proposals and candle-light dinners. From its first Hyderabad outlet in 2022 through Pune and a Dubai announcement, I designed nearly everything it put in front of people: the logo and identity, the menus, the package systems, the festive campaigns, the outlet launches, a celebrity grand launch, the hoardings, and the franchise pitch decks that sold the brand on.
The identity started with the moment the venue sells — two people at a table under fairy lights — drawn into a gold botanical crest. From there it scaled down onto stationery: two visiting-card systems, personalised name by name for the founders and the team.

Before the first guest walked in, the brand had to exist online. A teaser grid, an "opening soon" runway, and the grand-opening announcements for 7 August 2022 at Jubilee Hills — live band included. Then the always-on feed that kept it running.

La Cupula's real product is the package — dome, décor, cake, banner, rose bouquet. I built the comparison-chart format that carried the pricing for three years, growing from two tiers to five as the offer matured, plus a card per occasion and the seasonal package posters around it.

A celebration venue lives on the calendar. Across three years I designed the runs for New Year's Eve, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Navratri, Diwali and Pongal — plus the live-music nights, and the birthday and anniversary sets that go out every week of the year. Each gets its own palette; all stay unmistakably La Cupula.

Every new outlet got its own launch run: the Pune Viman Nagar announcement and booking-open posts, the Hinjewadi third outlet, and the "Habibi, La Cupula is arriving" Dubai teaser.
For the Hinjewadi launch in May 2023, La Cupula brought in TV star Rannvijay Singha and the MH43 India band. I designed the entire campaign — announcement posts, VIP-pass flyers, save-the-date invites and entry passes — and scaled it up to road hoardings and a 10×10 ft flex.

By 2024 La Cupula was selling itself — "India's first celebration-based franchise." I designed the whole investor-facing set: a print-ready business proposal, and four pitch decks in four registers — the brand's own red, the franchise numbers, a soft botanical brochure and a clean investment proposal.

Festivals, openings and offers mapped ahead, so every moment ships on time.
Burgundy, gold and fairy lights — held steady from a story frame to a hoarding.
Package charts, menu templates and launch kits built to be extended, not remade.
The same artwork carried from Instagram to entry passes, flex and road hoardings.
